I agree. Geckos are excellent! I want one for xmas along with a prickly pear cactus (should be fun when it comes to wrapping them). Banana plants in your garden? That's impressive. I'm sure you could devote an entire podcast to all the flora & fauna/wildlife you have over there.
The pancake/sausage on a stick...hmmm interesting
(currently developing a cornflakes on a stick idea-not easy, but I'll get there in the end!) I have never actually watched 'Lost' but my friend Shecky says she sometimes has "Hurley hair" whatever that means!

Hi Anthony,
Hmmm, cornflakes on a stick sound intriguing. Perhaps you could use honey or marshmallow creme to make them stick :)
We'd send you a gecko, but it would probably die in transit..however, the prickly pear can be managed!
Just email us your address and we'll send you a small starter pad.
All you'll have to do is put it in a pot of plain soil and place it on the window sill. Water sparingly!
For an example of 'Hurley hair", check this out:

Cool! Just trying to think of a safe place where I might put the cactus without it getting molested by pigeons..
Mr. Hurley is quite an imposing character, hair & all!
-AfP
It wouldn't do to have the cactus molested by pigeons, so, we'll just keep it safe and sound here.
Did you know that geckos eat pricly pears? Maybe that's why we have so many geckos hanging around our yard.
